Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court The role of the Clerk of Court is to maintain and preserve the official records of the parish.

This includes processing and recording all land records, civil and criminal court proceedings, marriage licenses and other miscellaneous legal documents. In addition, each Clerk oversees all elections for their parish. This page will provide updates for functions of the Clerk's Office including jury duty information or other important announcements.

There is no official December 12, 2026 election yet, but if so, it will also be at the Civic Center for Ward 10 Precinct 2.
