Thetford Volunteer Fire Department TVFD is entirely volunteer and is staffed by about 20 dedicated members who will respond to emergencies whenever needed. Thank you.

Robinson Hill road is currently closed at address number 1118 due to a power line down. The area has been coned off awaiting Green Mountain Power. Please do not remove or drive around the cones as the power line is active.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our members for the dedication, commitment and sacrifice they provide every day to the citizen of Thetford and our neighboring communities' during times of need.

Today we also remember those that have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

If you observe smoke or an outside fire, call 911 to report it.

Statewide: The fire danger is listed as high today. If any fires were to start the weather and fuel conditions could cause fires to quickly get out of control and be difficult to contain. Open burning is not advised.
