- The Village Police Department has had a busy year, with more patrol hours worked than in many previous years. We will continue increased traffic enforcement, including enforcement of the safe operation of ATVs, UTVs and dirtbikes. Please drive safely and slow down.

- Dog control services for the Town / Village of Theresa are provided by Jefferson County Dog Control. To report a concern, please contact them directly. After hours they may be reached by contacting Jefferson County 911 Dispatch at 315-786-2601.

From the Village of Theresa Police Department- If you receive a text message from a random number advising you of an unpaid toll and the message is directing you to another page, it is a scam. Do not visit the site, you do not have any fines.
