📢 A quick heads-up from City Hall Administration!
Our team is busy this week working through an important phase of our new software implementation. Several members of our small City Hall Administration team will be dedicated to software configuration and training throughout the week, and we have a few more implementation weeks coming up over the next couple of months.
During these weeks, our availability at the Administration counter may vary throughout the day, and there may be times when the window needs to close for lunch. Response times may also be a little longer than usual.
If you need to drop off a utility payment, you can still use the payment drop box in the City Hall parking lot or the drop box at the Administration front counter.
We appreciate your patience and flexibility while our team works through this transition. There is a lot happening behind the scenes, and we’re working hard to make the transition to our new system as smooth as possible!
This only affects City Hall Administration and does not change the regular hours or availability of our other City departments.
