Celebrate the 250th birthday of the USA by visiting the Wall That Heals! Wyoming Welcomes the Wall that Heals to Star Valley Middle School in Afton, Wyoming, July 9-12. Its purposes are to:
Provide opportunities for veterans and families affected by the Vietnam War to honor loved ones.
Educate those who are unfamiliar with the Vietnam War via a mobile education center, tours, and special ceremonies.
Families are invited to welcome the wall as it arrives on July 7 by lining the highway with signage and flags. The website:

will have a live feed as it travels closer to Afton.

The Trails Crew Committee has officially opened the seasonal Cedar Creek Trailhead gate. The gate will be open today, Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m., allowing access for the spring, summer, and fall seasons.

Please use caution when accessing the area, as early-season trail conditions may vary.
