And thank you to our guest speakers, Mayor Bruggeman and Mayor Brown, and our special key note speaker, Arkansas State Representative Carol Dalby for their heartfelt remarks and call to action!
Each year, we recognize some of the pantries, volunteers and organizations who help us bring the fight to hunger. Congratulations to all of this years award recipients and thank you to all of our partners in hunger relief across southwest Arkansas and northeast Texas. ๐ซถ๐ป

Harvest Regional Food Bank launched National Hunger Action Month on Tuesday with its annual Hunger Action Luncheon at Williams Memorial United Methodist Church โ bringing together volunteers, sponsors, partners, and local leaders to shine a spotlight on food insecurity across our region.
Harvest CEO Camille Coker Wrinkle reminded attendees why this month matters: โBoth Texas and Arkansas have some of the highest rates of food insecurity in the nationโฆ These are our neighbors; the people we live with, work with, and attend school with.โ
