As our athletes put in the work, we need your help making sure they’re ready to perform at their best! 💪

💧 HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE! Athletes should be drinking plenty of water throughout the entire day—not just when practice starts.

🍎 FUEL UP! Proper nutrition is just as important. Please encourage athletes to eat balanced meals and healthy snacks so they have the energy they need for a full school day AND football practice.

😴 REST & RECOVER! A good night’s sleep helps our Leopards stay focused in the classroom and ready to work on the field.

Parents, please take a look at the graphic below for a reminder on how our merging car line works during afternoon dismissal.

Think Chick-fil-A drive-thru! 😉 When the two lanes come together, we use a zipper merge — one car from one lane, then one car from the other lane, alternating as you merge. 🚙➡️🚗➡️🚙

Following this process helps:
✅ Keep traffic flowing smoothly
✅ Reduce backups and confusion
✅ Make afternoon dismissal safer and more efficient for everyone
