Well, blue carpet 😅 The recruiting office was visited by 344th AFRS leadership! My Commander, Chief, and Flight Chief all came out to tour the office and see how we do things in !🫡 They even stopped by for a few to have lunch with the rest of the team before touring the rest of the squadron! !

From hair extensions, lashes, and even piercing spacers, we are constantly seeing changes within the Air Force! As we head into the year 2022, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge all of the men and women who have joined the Air Force in the year 2021. Some are currently in the Delayed Entry Program, some are at Basic Military Training/or their respective tech schools, some have even gone onto their very first duty stations. Victoria Willis is a 2019 graduate of . She is going off to on Tuesday and will be going to for technical training at in Washington D.C. immediately afterwards where she will be entering the medical field immediately upon graduation. I had the pleasure of meeting her family today and seeing her off before she heads to . Vicky!! I know you will do SO amazing while at and will be an excellent addition to the ! P.S. Take a look at our new Physical Training (PT) standards!

The United States Air Force has changed the PT test to reflect the following:

- Sit Ups and Push Ups points have been upgraded from 10 points to 20 points
- Age groups have been changed from every 10 years to every 5 years
- No more waist measurements

We are also hoping to see alternative testing options soon! 💪🏾
