The Tewksbury Police Department encourages public comments, questions, and concerns. However, all discussions must remain civil, respectful, and relevant to the post or Department activities. To maintain a safe, welcoming environment, the Department reserves the right to remove comments or content that violate viewpoint-neutral rules, including:

- Defamatory, false, or knowingly misleading statements;

- Repetitive, disruptive posts ("flooding" or "trolling");
- Disclosure of confidential, personal, or sensitive information;
- Content violating copyright or intellectual property rights;

The Tewksbury Police Department reserves the right to remove any such content in accordance with this policy. Users who wish to share photos, videos, or other media with the Tewksbury Police Department are encouraged to do so via private message or by contacting the Department through official channels.
