My husband and I have PrideRock Wildlife Refuge, our proudest accomplishment and greatest joy. We have been rescuing wild animals for more than 30 years and giving them the best life possible. This "labor of love" has been a journey that I never would have thought possible, but has been more than rewarding in so many ways. The animals have taught me so much about people and life, and it has truly

been an honor to share my life with them. We have sadly had to say goodbye to so many now and the years have gone by way too quickly, leaving only treasured memories in our hearts, but my hope is that we will be able to continue this journey for many years to come, but if it ended today, I would be thankful and blessed to have had the opportunity to care for these magnificent animals.

Your Little Adds Up to A Lot

Want to know what most people are giving for this campaign? It's not thousands of dollars or even hundreds of dollars.

It's $10, $25, $50, and $100.

Most of us can't commit the large amounts, but together, our little amounts add up to a whole lot.

We are better together.

Our cats often live well into their 20's, eat 10-15 lbs of meat a day, and in the summer heat, they need water for swimming and their misting fans. It takes all of us, together, to keep them safe. loved, and thriving for the rest of their lives.

Did you know it takes a full-time staff of 5 people to take care of our animals at PrideRock Wildlife Rescue? Feeding, maintaining their habitats, finding solutions for too much rainwater. Our team takes our needs into the North Texas community recruiting others to join us in the work we do for our amazing animals.

Our staff works hard, but without you, we could not do this work. Without you, animals do not have homes, they're not rescued, and they are not treated with the dignity they deserve.

You make this work possible.

Yabba dabba do! Introducing Pebbles & Bam Bam!

In early 2026, PrideRock got a special pair of new residents: two black bears. Pebbles and Bam Bam are brother and sister and came to us as rescues from a private facility. They are approximately 16 years old. Good temperaments. Love walnuts, but carrots are their favorite food!
