We've got two programs for you today!
The Pride Center of Terre Haute is partnering together with a local, licensed physician to bring you a dedicated gender affirming care clinic hosted at the Pride Center for patients aged 18 and older. Services include consultations, hormone therapy management, mental health resources, follow-up care, and more. Our clinics will occur on Saturdays from 12-5pm at the Pride Center.
Individuals interested in scheduling an appointment must register in advance and can sign up for a gender affirming care membership ($20 per month). Please create a patient profile in the physician's SigmaMD electronic health record here: https://gsdpc.sigmamd.com/signup/pride-center-clinic

More information about cost can be found below:While our physician does not accept insurance; insurance may be used to cover labs and prescriptions that are ordered. She also seeks to provide affordable cash priced options for labs and medications so that all patients can access gender affirming care, regardless of insurance status. The general cost is $20 per month with $100 per appointment. If this is not affordable to you, financial assistance may be available. Please let the physician know so you can explore options together. Membership may be ended at any time for no additional charge.

We offer a safe space for people of all ages on the second Saturdays of the month from 5-7pm at the Pride Center.
