✨Help us keep the fun flowing at Tellico Plains Public Library! ✨

Every week, local kids and families walk through our doors for Story Times, Craft Clubs, and special outreach events. We’re also planning another library Movie Night this fall!

Because our community programs and events rely so heavily on donations from friends like you to exist, your support is truly the heartbeat of our programming! 🌟

🛠️ MAKERSPACE TRANSFORM & ORGANIZE PROJECT! 🛠️
Behind the scenes, we are actively working to transform, update, and ORGANIZE our Makerspace into an incredible hub for local youth—packed with fresh tools for literacy, math, sensory play, and STEM exploration. To bring this to life, we are in huge need of organizational supplies (cubby units, storage bins, clear containers, sorting baskets) so our kids can easily explore! (We've posted some inspiration photos below.) We kindly request these be in new condition.

A small contribution from you directly powers these free, everyday moments of joy and discovery.

Parents, we know the first week back to school can be a whirlwind. Early alarms, packed lunches, homework, and getting everyone back into a routine.

Once you’ve made it through that first week, let us treat your family to a day of fun!

Big story time this morning at the library! 🦸‍♂️👑

We had 39 super friends join us (23 creative kiddos plus their awesome sidekicks!) for an action-packed Superhero & Princess Story Time!
We read about our favorite heroes and royalty featuring Spider-Man, Captain America, the Hulk, Belle, Cinderella, and Aurora! Afterwards, everyone got creative making their own custom superhero capes, masks, and glittering tiaras they adorned with gems.

Between the stories, craft-making, snacks, and creative play, our little superheroes and princesses had a blast saving the day! Thank you to all the families who came out to make it such a memorable morning! ✨⚡️

We had a fantastic time at Adult Craft Club today! Everyone brought their creativity to life decorating custom tote bags and little pouches. Take a look at some of the wonderful creations made right here in our community!
