Participants will have their choice of a fun holiday craft:

Last week, all Lenawee Department on Aging staff attended an in-service staff meeting. Planning these meetings and finding valuable, new information to share year after year is no easy task—but our leadership always does a wonderful job!

This year was no exception. Staff left with important and useful information that we can bring back and share with those we serve.

Join us at the Tecumseh Senior Center on Tuesday, September 8 at 12:30 p.m. for a special Senior Center Month Ice Cream Social hosted by Hospice of Lenawee and Avon Healthcare!

Good friends, sweet treats and great times are on the menu! 💕🍨

Thanks to the generosity of the The Vernon & Alice Pratt Foundation, the Adrian Senior Center was able to welcome Momma Case's Traveling Kitchen last week!

They brought an incredible variety of delicious food—including some absolutely killer brownies! Everyone left happy, full, and smiling. 😊

Our Tecumseh Senior Center has been having a wonderful time visiting our fellow Lenawee County senior centers! ❤️

🎉 We kicked things off at the Blissfield Senior Center with a lively game of Bingo, a delicious lunch, and great conversation with Heather, the director, and the wonderful seniors who joined us that day.

🀄 One of our participants also had the opportunity to learn Mahjong with the Onsted Senior Center. The game sparked so much interest that we're now learning how to play it at Tecumseh, too!

🎶 We also enjoyed a visit to the Adrian Senior Center, where entertainer Cat Kanyon filled the room with music, laughter, and energy. He truly has a way of connecting with people and bringing smiles to everyone's faces. Daybreak participants enjoyed his performance as well, making it a fun afternoon for all.

We're grateful for the friendships, new experiences, and warm welcomes at each of our senior centers. We can't wait for more adventures together!
