🚨SEEKING VENDORS for The Rink & Winter Village
The Clinch River Pavilion & River Walk is located at 1615 Riverside Drive, North Tazewell, Virginia. From November 28, 2026, through January 3, 2027, the Clinch River Pavilion will host our synthetic ice rink and popup Winter Village. This is the first year of The Rink at the Pavilion and the first year that we are considering the addition of the popup Winter Village. The hours of operation for The Rink & Winter Village will be Fridays from 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm, Saturdays from 2:00 pm - 8:30 pm, and Sundays from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Entry to the Winter Village is free to the public. The Rink is $6 per person, skates included.
🌟Seeking Vendors:
We are looking for vendors featuring typical winter market fare: handcrafted items, gifts & stocking stuffers (soaps, candles, jams, jewelry, etc.), winter wearables (scarves, gloves, etc.), holiday treats (fudge, cakes, cocoa, c***r), savory foods (grilled sausages, pretzels, breads, sandwiches, etc.), ornaments and seasonal decor. We will provide a three-sided 10x10 tent for each vendor, along with one 6-foot table. The tents will be located on the concrete pad underneath the Pavilion roof, beside The Rink. If a Vendor is selected, Vendors are expected to setup for the hours of operation for their approved dates. We would love to have our Brick & Mortar stores participate as popups! 💖

Submitting this Vendor Interest Form does NOT guarantee a vendor space. We anticipate accommodating up to 5 vendors each day at this time, with at least 1 of the vendors providing food. If there is a large vendor interest, we can use this form information to consider expanding the number of vendors. Thank you for helping us plan!
