Shelter Office hours are 11:00-4:00
Tuesday through Sunday, closed Mondays and City holidays. We are a no-kill animal shelter for the City of Taylor, TX. We are located in Williamson County, but our jurisdiction is strictly the city limits of Taylor. The City of Taylor, Texas Animal Shelter is a temporary shelter for strays, lost, and found, dogs and cats. Please come in to meet your next family member!

Introducing Delta Dawn. She is a 3 year old German Shepherd who weighs 86 pounds. This girl is very smart.❤️❤️❤️❤️Delta Dawn is ready for her furever home

She is such a smart girl. She is not a puller and very gentle. She walks beside her people (not a puller) and will explore her surroundings, but always making sure it’s okay with the person walking her. Delta Dawn picks up new skills so quickly and would make a great furever friend.
