PROGRAM DIRECTOR – WISE ADULT DAY HEALTH PROGRAM

Salary Range: $78,000 to $95,000

Associates for Human Services, Inc. (AHS) is seeking an experienced and collaborative Program Director to provide strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for our WISE Adult Day Health Program. The Program Director serves as a member of the AHS Senior Management Team and is responsible for program quality, participant services, regulatory compliance, fiscal management, staff leadership, enrollment and census development, community partnerships, and the effective integration of all program service areas.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, education, psychology, healthcare administration, human services, or a closely related field.
Applicable professional license or credential preferred when relevant to the candidate’s discipline.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
At least five years of experience working with older adults or adults with disabilities, including at least two years in a healthcare setting.
At least three years of supervisory, management, or administrative experience.
Knowledge of adult day health services, person-centered practices, program operations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing staff, budgets, regulatory requirements, and multidisciplinary program services.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to use electronic health records, billing, scheduling, data, and reporting systems.
Ability to travel to meetings, program sites, trainings, and community events as required.
Ability to satisfy all required background checks, health requirements, tuberculosis screening, training, and credentialing requirements.
