Happy Health Center is a multicultural adult day health program for adults 18+ with medical or cognitive needs. We are a multicultural Adult Day Health Center.

We offer care, connection, activities, and support. In 7 languages—helping every participant live each day with purpose, safety, and joy. HHC is a safe/ fun place to come spend the day for adults 18+ who may require supervised care during the day. We pride ourselves on being a multicultural diverse team. This naturally allows us to effectively create an inviting environment for anyone of any backg

round to come to our center and find familiarity. We offer a holistic approach to adult day health to treat both the mind and the body. We provide assistance with functional mobility, healthcare monitoring, medication + treatment, nutritious meals, transportation, planned therapeutic activities, personal care ( hygiene, grooming, skin and hair care, showering, toileting, dressing, ambulation) and more. Activities are planned throughout the day to keep participants engaged and create a social atmosphere where they develop friendships and a sense of community. Our participants will be engaged in therapeutic activities (music, dance, exercise, yoga, bingo, dominos, card games, ping pong, pool) specifically chosen to help them sharpen their cognitive abilities.

Due to the severe snowstorm and Taunton Public Schools being closed for the remainder of this week, Happy Health Center will also be closed on Thursday and Friday to ensure the safety of our participants and staff.

Please stay safe, stay warm, and enjoy the snow days at home. We look forward to welcoming everyone back soon.

❄️‼️Weather Closure Notice‼️❄️

Due to ongoing snow removal efforts and continued hazardous road conditions throughout the City of Taunton and surrounding areas, Happy Health Center will remain closed on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

With plows and cleanup crews still actively working, the safety of our participants, families, and staff remains our top priority.

We will provide an additional update later this afternoon regarding the possibility of reopening on Thursday.

Please stay safe and warm, and do not hesitate to reach out if you have any urgent concerns.
