We are saddened to share the passing of Lieutenant Jay Lyons of the Leggett Volunteer Fire Department.
Jay served our department for several years and was a dedicated member of our fire family. During his time with us, he was honored as Fireman of the Year in recognition of his commitment, heart, and leadership. He will be deeply missed.
May the memory of Jay bring comfort to those who knew him and serve as a reminder to cherish the relationships that enrich our lives.
Lieutenant Lyons, this is your last call. Though your watch has ended, your legacy will live on in the hearts of all who served beside you. Rest easy, brother. We’ll take it from here.
