Deputy Leonard Lim recently received the Meritorious Service Award from the Woods and Wanton Chapter of the Buffalo Soldiers, the 9th & 10th Cavalry Divisions.

The award recognizes those with exemplary prior military service who continue to support their community.

Deputy Lim is a retired Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force and is currently a Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Master Deputy, assigned as a bailiff to the 13th Judicial Circuit Court.
