The Do Not Call List is often ignored. Our aim is to create a new list, specific to real estate, that actually works!

We strive to be completely transparent to gain the trust of both homeowners and investors.

The I Don’t Want To Sell Registry is multi-faceted. On one end, we need to reach enough homeowners and collect addresses for a comprehensive list. On the other end, there will be a separate website where investors can upload their existing list of addresses. We will scrub their list, removing uninterested homeowners that are on the I Don’t Want To Sell Registry.

Adding an address is free for homeowners. The investors will be charged a small fee.

Addresses are the first datapoint investors use. They then either send direct mail, or pay to have the address skip traced, which gives them phone numbers associated with the address.

We are going to price our service lower than the cost to skip trace a phone number, or send direct mail. Thus, the smart investor wouldn’t waste their time, and money, reaching out to uninterested (and annoyed) homeowners.

Are you on the Do Not Call List but still get calls?

The National Do Not Call List deters solicitors from calling. Licensed real estate agents MUST abide by this list, and most do.

However, some investors aren’t licensed agents. Some don’t scrub their list with the Do Not Call List.

Some investors believe that because they aren’t SELLING you something (rather they want to BUY your house) that they can still call people registered on the Do Not Call List.
