Job Description- Route Driver
Our drivers go through a training process on how to use our GPS system and provide excellent customer service while performing their job duties. Those duties consist of driving a 16' company box truck to designated neighborhoods to collect donations for charities in need. We are looking to hire someone who wants to build a career with a fantastic company. Work week is Tuesday-Saturday, with an option to work Mondays. A typical workday is 10-13 hours, depending on the neighborhood and number of scheduled stops.
Job requirements-
Qualified candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have both a clean driving record and clean background check, for the last 5 years. (Felonies are okay as long as the crime wasn’t committed within the last 5 years). A CDL license is NOT required. Prior driving skills are required and additional training will be provided for the right candidate. Must be willing to work independently; be self-motivated and able to lift up to 50lbs loading and unloading donations.
Once training has been completed, drivers will earn a minimum of $125/day, plus an opportunity for a daily cartage bonus and mileage bonus. Health insurance is offered after 60 days.
Review in 60 days with possible pay increase, based on performance.
One week paid vacation, after one year of employment.

$125.00 - $140.00 per day
