Michael Diamond, Ph.D. in the Department of Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences (), is a coprincipal investigator on a newly awarded $493,065 grant from Ocean Visions for the project, “Leveraging Next-Generation Satellite and Suborbital Observations to Guide Mixed-Phase Cloud Thinning for Arctic Sea-Ice Preservation.” He is also a co-principal investigator on a newly awarded $234,340.95 grant from the Environmental Defense Fund for the project “Attributing aerosol-induced crop yield changes: Disentangling light partitioning effects from climate cooling using observations and crop models.” 🌍🌊🔬
