Celebration in Homestead! 🥳🎉

Yesterday was a joyful day of celebrating the completion of Naranja Grand I & II, developed by Housing Trust Group (HTG). Naranja Grand I will serve Sunshine State seniors while Naranja Grand II delivers 200 apartments for Florida families.

Our Board Chair, Sandra Veszi Einhorn, was proud to recognize the many housing partners and community members who helped create a place where Floridians from all walks of life can experience comfort, connection, and the warmth of a place to call home.

Last Thursday, Florida Housing Board member Ron Lieberman had the honor of attending the groundbreaking ceremony for Village of Pine Hills in Orlando.

This upcoming development from Ability Housing will provide 96 new affordable garden apartments to community members in Orlando with a special focus on those who have experienced homelessness. We couldn’t be prouder to help create these opportunities for Floridians, and we are excited to continue the journey as we witness Village of Pine Hills take shape.
