BOAT REMOVAL!🛶🛶🛶🛶🛶

Plans are being finalized to reconstruct the road, parking areas, docks, and boat ramp at Lake Monkey Business. Before construction can begin, all boats stored at the park must be removed by Wednesday June 1st.

The Association has mailed Annual Maintenance Assessments (DUES) Invoices for 2022. This is separate from the Special Assessment Invoice that was due last November for infrastructure repairs at Tekesta Park and Lake Monkey Business Park. The new invoice is for your 2022 annual dues. ATTENTION KILLEARN LAKES RESIDENTS

The next few days will bring lots of fun and celebrations, including fireworks. Please remember fireworks or fires of any kind are not permitted on Killearn Lakes properties, including parks and lakes. These areas are also closed at sundown. If you see someone shooting off fireworks or sitting around a fire in any of these areas please contact the Leon County Sheriff's Office @850-606-3300.
In past years, these types of celebrations have caused damage at our parks including trash cans and picnic tables catching on fire. Please help us to avoid destruction of our neighborhood amenities.
