Mothers In Crisis was founded in April 1991 by Dr. Rosalind Y. Mothers In Crisis continues to outreach to families by providing prevention, intervention, inspiration

and support through HOPE. HOPE stands for (Helping Others Practice Empowerment). In April 2016 in honor of Mothers In Crisis 25th anniversary, MIC received proclamations from the City and County designating every Friday as Hope Universe Day. The National Day Calendar designated April as the National Month of Hope beginning in April 2018. As a part of the HOPE Movement Mothers In Crisis rolled out the HOPE Not Hate Campaign encouraging everyone to spread messages of Hope Not Hate every Friday on Hope Universe Day. Remember to Celebrate Hope every Friday by spreading hope to your families, communities, and world --Stay connected to be a part of this great movement!
