Kids Incorporated of the Big Bend is a community organization serving children 0-3 years of age. Founded in 1972 by the late Budd Bell, we provide comprehensive Early Head Start services to 220 eligible children ages 6 weeks to 3 years in Jefferson, Leon and Madison counties. g Bend. Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, Kids Incorporated continues to be guided by the conscience of our late founder, Budd Bell. Although Budd was honored by governors, former Secretary of State Colin Powell and was named one of Eckerd's Top 100 Women in America, she always believed that the best recognition for a job well done was a smile from a child. An Early Head Start Policy Council provides guidance from parents impacted by our programs as well as community leaders.
