Sunday morning at is bringing big conversations about growth, development, and what it takes to build lasting economic momentum across our region.

This year’s Sunday General Session will close out Conference with a two-part discussion focused on how Tallahassee and the broader region are growing through strategic commercial development, downtown activation, market demand, and thoughtfully planned communities.

The first segment, The Economic Engine: Commercial Growth, Downtown Activation & Market Demand, will feature Ed Murray, Jr., and Slaton Murray of NAI TALCOR, taking a closer look at how office, retail, and mixed-use development are responding to workforce trends and helping attract employers and talent.

The second segment, From Neighborhoods to Ecosystems: The Power of Master-Planned Communities, will feature Richard Darabi of Moore Bass Consulting, Joe Everson of D.R.
