The Junior League of Tallahassee was proud to host our inaugural You Grow Girl Empowerment Summit this spring, welcoming 17 middle school girls from Leon County Schools for a day of leadership, learning, and empowerment. 💙

Girls participated in sessions focused on:
✨ Career exploration
✨ Physical & mental wellness
✨ Financial literacy

A special highlight was our career panel featuring Leaguers working in inspiring fields including aerospace engineering, meteorology, occupational therapy, law enforcement, entrepreneurship, and more.

Thanks to our generous sponsors and community partners, the summit was offered completely free of charge and included breakfast, lunch, swag bags, and event t-shirts for every attendee.
