Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers is proud to announce that our priority legislation, CS/HB 925 Clerks of the Court, was signed into law today by Governor Ron DeSantis!

FCCC extends our sincere appreciation to the Governor, our bill sponsors Rep. Dana Trabulsy and Sen. Corey Simon, our co-sponsors and all members of the Florida Legislature who supported this important legislation during the 2026 Session.

This bill strengthens Clerks’ ability to serve their communities by helping ensure Clerks can continue providing essential court-related services, maintaining access to justice, and supporting the efficient operation of Florida’s judicial system.

FCCC will be closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day.
