COMMITTING FELONIES = LEGAL STATUS REVOKED

This Panama national turned criminal illegal alien was previously a lawful permanent resident, but his legal status was revoked, and he was given a final order of removal in 2017 following a felony conviction. Thanks to FHP's CAAT Troopers and our federal partners, this criminal illegal alien will not call Florida a sanctuary anymore.

Working in coordination with ICE and U.S. Border Patrol, CAAT Troopers located and apprehended three Guatemalan nationals who were unlawfully present in the United States. These three criminal illegal aliens had active INTERPOL arrest warrants for a violent murder committed in Guatemala. Through extensive investigative efforts, CAAT Troopers identified the residence where the suspects were believed to be hiding and coordinated with the ICE Atlanta team to carry out the successful apprehension of all three subjects.
