Hello out there!
If you've missed our fantastic food, don't despair - we're opening a new business this spring. "Flipside Grill". A bright yellow mobile food trailer where you can find us dishing out our version of fast food. You'll want to eat it slow because it's going to be delicious. Some features - Tom's authentic Philly Cheesesteak, Hobbs' amazing bread and spent grain cookies w/ Chuli stout ice cream. Suggestions welcome at this stage...
Look for us at the Denali Brewing Company's tasting room at mile 2 Talkeetna Spur rd, starting in mid May.

It's almost over for the fireweed flowers, but it is all over for Fireweed Station Inn. We've decided to close our B&B for good - good for us that us! Sorry if you missed your chance to stay with us, thanks to all that came to visit our corner of the woods. We're going to enjoy living in our home, so drop in for tea and a chat sometime, just don't plan to spend the night!

This is how it all begins - I love planning a menu for Thanksgiving! Write down a list of ingredients we like and figure out what to make with it all. (The turkeys will thank us this year). Pie making starts tomorrow.

Why stay nearer to the crowds in Talkeetna when you could have the peace and quiet of real Alaska at Fireweed Station?
