As we reach the end of the grant from the State of MD that made it possible, with help from the City of Takoma Park, to provide home repairs at no cost to our members, congratulations and a very big thank you to the many dedicated volunteers responsible for the success of the program. Their efforts were extraordinary, with a total of 160 repairs. One of our most recent projects brought air conditioning, for the first time, to the apartment of one of our members. Her smile says it all.
