🌟🌟🌟🌟TIPS FOR EARLY VOTING🌟🌟🌟
Early voting for our city and hospital elections started this morning - Monday, April 24. Here are a few tips to make sure your voting experience runs smoothly:

1. Early voting is in the courthouse, 1st floor.
2. You will need a photo ID.
3. After entering the voting office, there will be a clerk at the counter. If not, please ring the bell.
4. The clerk will enter the voter’s information into her computer and then hand the voter a computer paper ballot.
5. A clerk MUST walk with the voter to a computer of the voter’s choice, and the clerk will set the computer for the races the voter is eligible to vote in. The clerk MUST set your computer to ensure the voter ONLY votes in the contested races they are ELIGIBLE to vote in.
6. After the clerk prepares the voter’s computer, the voter is then given privacy to mark their choices.
7. If you are eligible to vote in a race that has a write-in candidate, the name of the candidate MUST be spelled correctly for your vote to count.
8. Once finished at the computer, the voter then takes his ballot and inserts it into the ballot scanner voting machine.
9. You have now successfully voted!
