Thanks to everyone who helped on my campaign and for those who voted for me. I am proud to have received the most votes on Tuesday. I am committed to improving the quality of life in our community and I look forward to serving the rate payers of the North Tahoe Public Utility District for the next four years.

As we walked, many have asked me what my top three priorities will be when elected to the NTPUD Board of Directors. Here you go:
1. Revitalize the Kings Beach Event Center. I am seeking the opportunity to shepherd the community-based planning work done to revitalize the Event Center forward, to achieve the economic break even and increased community services goals desired. I believe this is the beginning of a revitalized Recreation and Parks Dept.
2. Provide leadership to the NTPUD Management Team. I am passionate about this place we all live in and as rate payers we deserve more from our leadership. I will work diligently with the management team to assist them in achieving district goals.
3. Open Communication. There is a significant challenge in communicating with rate payers and residents on Recreation, Sewer and Water issues. I believe I can provide the guidance to overcome those challenges, increase consensus and improve use.
