📍Between Alpine Meadows Rd & Olympic Valley Rd
🚫Friday, 6/19: Temporary closures with up to 30-minute delays from 7am to 5:30pm
✅Saturday, 6/20 & Sunday, 6/21: Open for use, no restrictions
🚫Monday, 6/22: Full trail closure with ADA compliant shuttles with bike racks will be available at Olympic Valley Park and River Ranch:
👉Every 15 minutes from 5am to 9pm.
👉Every 30 minutes from 9pm to 5am.
The Tahoe-Truckee Sanitation Agency will be rehabilitating part of the main sewer export line serving all of North Tahoe. Thank you for your patience while this important project is completed!

Seasonal kayak and paddle board storage is still available at Commons Beach, Lake Forest, and Skylandia. Store your gear lakeside from May through October and spend less time carrying equipment and more time on the water.

Resident and non-resident rentals are available, with options for one or two pieces of equipment.

🎨🐻 Calling all young artists! 🐻🎨

Looking for the perfect creative escape for your kiddos this summer? Spots are still open for Sessions 2 and 3 of our Summer Art Camp with Sona Knox, but they are filling up fast!

This year, our artists (ages 6–11) will be inspired by the unique and beautiful animals of Lake Tahoe. They’ll get to explore a ton of cool mediums, from sculpting and glazing clay to working with pastels, paint, and paper!

Here is what you need to know:
📅 Dates: June 29 - July 2 (Monday - Thursday)
⏰ Session 2: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
⏰ Session 3: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM
📍 Locations: Monday/Thursday at the Tahoe City Community Center & Tuesday/Wednesday lakeside at Commons Beach!
💰 Fee: $175 (all art supplies are included!)

The only thing better than a bench with a view is an *upcycled* bench with a view.

Thanks to the Shane McConkey Foundation Don't Drop the Top program, plastic bottle caps collected in our community have been transformed into brand-new benches that will serve trail users for years to come.

You can find three new benches at Elizabeth Williams Park on the West Shore Trail, along the Truckee River Trail, and at Olympic Valley Park.
