As most are aware at this point, the storm damage in our area is extensive. Power lines are down across roads and there is significant tree damage. We do not have a timeline for when power will be restored to our area but please be patient with LREC as there are many areas to address and lots of debris removal that needs to take place before they can do their job. Many power lines are still low hanging and/or across roads so please refrain from traveling in our area unless absolutely necessary. As always, please contact 911 if you need emergency services.

The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch for our area until 7PM this evening (4/20). Please stay aware to changing weather conditions and contact 911 in the case of an emergency.

As you travel in and out of the Sparrow Hawk community today, please be aware of water and debris in the roadway. Several fallen trees and limbs have already been removed and more could fall as the rain continues later this afternoon.
