The seniors have officially camped out at the entrance of Taft High School!
One last chance to make memories, share some laughs, and enjoy a little fun before their high school journey comes to an end. As they welcome the underclassmen to school this morning, they're also reminding us all just how quickly these four years fly by.

What was thought to be a championship ring ceremony for the Taft Union High School varsity soccer team turned into a surprise trip to the FIFA World Cup.

On Monday, Taft Union High School players gathered expecting to celebrate their CIF championship season by receiving rings. Instead, the team learned they and their coaches would be heading to Los Angeles to attend a World Cup match thanks to California Resources Corporation.

The team will attend the June 15 match between Iran and New Zealand.

The TUHS Choir had an unforgettable experience during their annual Choir Tour! Students enjoyed an incredible weekend filled with music, learning, and memorable experiences, including a choir exchange with Paso Robles High School, singing among the redwoods, a Broadway performance of Les Miserables, a choral clinic with Christopher Borges, a visit to Alcatraz, performances at the Palace of Fine Arts, and much more.

A huge thank you to Kris for providing a smooth and safe trip, and to our staff, administration, and community for supporting opportunities like this for our students.

Don’t forget to join us next Thursday at 6 PM at the Fox Theater for the Spring Pops Concert featuring Disney music and a few special surprises!
