250th Forward Resuscitative Surgical Team

250th Forward Resuscitative Surgical Team The 250th Forward Resuscitative Surgical Team is part of the 62D Medical Brigade. Our immediate upper command is the 47th Combat Support Hospital.

We are located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The 250th Forward Surgical Team (ABN) was the first FST to ever participate in an Assault Landing (Airborne Operation). We are known as the "BlackSheep" in the Brigade.

The 250th Blacksheep had a blast participating in their very first Readiness Day! This training was conducted in front of the beautiful waters of Russell Landing.

SGT Poland and SPC Ramirez lead informative discussions on the Army Equal Opportunity Program and Army heritage and tradition.

The team looks forward to tackling July’s readiness day!

The 250th Blacksheep Hail and Farewell!

On this day, two new members of the Blacksheep were hailed with welcoming arms, but the team also had to farewell and congratulate departing team members for their accomplishments as Blacksheep.

The 250th FRSD looks forward to continued mission success with its new members and wishes the best to its departing family!

The 250th wrapped up their FTX today. This week, we were able to conduct MEDEVAC training in the event that a patient must be evacuated via black hawk as well as patient play for possible injuries that may be seen down range. Everyone had a great time and experienced excellent training!
