Becky's Garden is popping with color! Today, we wanted to share the blue-eyed grass, which is looking rather stellar. It like all the plants in Becky's Garden are natives. Those who knew Becky Brower know she was passionate about native plants and pollinators. Blue-eyed grass is very low maintenance and does well in moist to dry soil conditions. It is a favorite for many pollinators!

We love setting folks up with library cards. The library card is a powerful object. Yes, it connects you to books, but it does so much more. With your library card, you can check out passes, Library of Things items, and some many digital materials. Our card is special because it is an Evergreen Indiana Card! You can use it at more than 100 Hoosier libraries that also use Evergreen Indiana. Locally, they include Milford and North Webster. It's a great think for the Wawasee community.

Chair Yoga returns to the Syracuse Public!!! We'll welcome instructor Susan Leach at 11 a.m. every Tuesday, starting June 9. Susan will help guide participants to connect with their natural grace and balance. This occurs before the library officially opens so knock on the North Harrison Street door and we'll let you in! This program is completely free (doesn't even require a library card) and open to anyone. Let's channel that natural grace and balance!

The June newsletter offers summer reading details and a look at the great programs we're offering. Spoiler: they are free and you don't even need a library card to attend.
