Toomey Residential and Community Services We serve people with developmental disabilities in both a residential and community setting through our Day Habilitation program.

Toomey is a not-for-profit organization providing community-based clinical treatment services and programs for children, adolescents, adults and their families in the Central New York region. We serve children in the foster care program which includes children placed in an individual family setting, as well as in foster group homes. We have the area's only Supervised Independent Living Program whi

ch serves as a residence for foster children between the ages of 17 and 21. We also have the areas only Unaccompanied Refugee Minor Program, which places refugees in foster homes.
