In this bonus episode of Sincerely, CNY, we sit down with Bill Brower, Director of Public Policy & Community Impact at MACNY, The Manufacturers Association, for a thoughtful conversation about service, philanthropy, workforce development and the "power of many" working together to strengthen Central New York.

Bill reflects on the experiences that brought him to this region, the values that shaped his path and why he believes philanthropy is rooted in kindness, service and showing up for one another.
