We’re a New York certified woman-owned business, with an on-demand consultancy of over 60 experts: FEMA PA and HMGP programs, HUD CDBG-DR, technical and engineering staff, as well as technical writers and analysts. We maintain a lean organization ready to deploy to disasters around
the country as they occur. This enables us to offer the best value pricing with the highest levels of expertise. Engagement manager Krause Wilson has deep operational experience in federal disaster recovery. He led his previous firm’s response to over a dozen Presidentially Declared Disasters, including the historic 2004 hurricane season in Florida (Charley, Francis, Ivan and Jeanne); Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Gustav in the Gulf Coast region; and Sandy in New York. Krause is a certified project manager professional with the Project Management Institute, and a member of the International Association of Emergency Managers, the Society of Risk Assessment, and the Transportation Research Board Subcommittee on Emergency Evacuations. He has a master’s degree in applied statistics and a bachelor’s degree in math, both from Louisiana State University. Company founder and business manager Courtney Wilson acquired her disaster experience during Hurricane Katrina, where she did PA work with FEMA. Subsequently, she managed a staff of more than 250 employees during crises and calm as a director for a large Louisiana hospital. Courtney earned an MBA from Georgia State University and a bachelor of science degree from Louisiana State University.
