Drop by the Screven Wellness Senior Center if you are interested in adopting a senior(s).
Select a gift tag from the tree and go shopping.
Return items by Thursday, December 12th, to the center in a GIFT BAG.

What a Amazing time we had at the 2023 Screven County wellness center Senior Prom… we had a blast.. I would like To Thank Our Mayor Mr.Dees For his support..And also would like to Thank Sylvania Ford .. For their support… And I would like to give a special thanks to the MC who did a Awesome Job.. AJ… ♥️♥️♥️and 🥰..Thanks to the Staff for an amazing job…♥️♥️🥰

The Screven Wellness Senior Center will host its 1st annual “The Golden Years” Prom. The event will take place on May 11th, from 9:00 to 3 PM at the Cail Community Center, 304 Mims Road, Sylvania.
The free event is geared toward community seniors of the wellness center, but community leaders are also welcome. The prom will feature pictures, music, dancing, games, and a catered lunch.
Come in your best prom attire.
“This is not just an opportunity for our seniors to dress up in fancy clothes, so many of them didn’t get to graduate and or attend prom. This gives them a second chance at having the memory of attending prom and doing the Jitterbug,” said Cynthia Burgest, Wellness Center Director.

We are accepting donations from community businesses for our senior’s goodie bags.
