15 Students Graduate St Paul’s Lutheran School D.A.R.E. Program!
D.A.R.E. Officer Mike taught students good decision making while
Building trust between community & law enforcement

Students at St. Paul’s Lutheran School, Glen Burnie celebrated their D.A.R.E. graduations individually, at each student’s home on May 22, 2020 culminating a 10-week long program that the fifth-graders successfully completed using video conferencing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The course started in school, but had to be finished in a virtual classroom once area schools were closed for the rest of the school year. The classroom teacher, and D.A.R.E. Officer worked together to make sure the students had the opportunity to continue the program the best way possible. The course has been taught at the private school for more than 5 years in both 5th and 7th grades.
