Band Cards are still available in the library!

We have DAHS Band Cards available at the library during normal business hours. The card offers discounts at various businesses and restaurants in the DuBois area, including a free hot chocolate with a $5 purchase at the Marching Band concession stand at Mansell Stadium.

Cards are $7.00 each and are valid for 1 year, 10/1/26 - 9/30/27. Discounts can be used more than once unless stated on the card.

Join us at the Sykesville Town Hall on Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 1 pm for a Book Bingo Fundraiser to benefit the library. Prizes will be book/genre themed baskets. A meal by by Shannon's catering, Chinese auction and 50/50. Tickets available in the library!

We are still looking for donations of baskets for the Chinese auction. If you donate at least $100, you will be the sponsor of a themed basket prize for bingo!

At the beginning of the summer, all summer reading participants were given a reading log to keep track of what they would read this summer. Everyone who turned in their reading log had a chance to win a $50.00 Amazon gift card.

We had 17 kiddos turn in their summer reading log this year!

The winner of the gift card is Lincoln Bundy 🎉
