What a fantastic day at the Swoyersville Recreation 4th Annual Car Show ! 🚗☀️

We were blessed with beautiful weather and a great show of cars! We are incredibly grateful to everyone who came out, showcased their vehicles, and donated in support of the Swoyersville Parks & Recreation Board. One of the best parts of these car shows is that every make, model, year, and style is welcome. From classics and muscle cars to imports, trucks, and modern rides, the incredible passion our community has for automobiles is what fuels these shows! The funds raised will help support future park and recreational facility improvements for our community.

A special thank you to NEPA Cars and Coffee for partnering with us again, helping organize the event, and generously donating their time and expertise to make these shows a success. We truly appreciate your support and dedication so much!

Thank you Brianna Keeler, Comparion Insurance Agent for sponsoring this event and providing the category winners with award bags with goodies and kids stickers, cars, and coloring sheets!

Shout out to Wall Designs for creating the amazing awards!

Thank you Suraci’s for keeping our bellys full all afternoon!!

Below are just a few photos of today's cars! Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's car show another memorable event. We can't wait to see you again!

Coming soon to the Slocum Street Park…a seed library! It will work similarly to a Little Library.

The seed library will be installed in the coming weeks after it is painted and stocked.
We are looking for seed donations to start the exchange. Seeds should be in labeled envelopes and can be flowers, fruits/veggies, house plants, or herbs. Please send us a message if you would like to donate and we can arrange pick up.

Working together we can all make Swoyersville a little bit greener!
