Our last Ice Cream Social of the year is Saturday, September 13th from 4-6:30 at the fire hall (671 State Rt 118, Sweet Valley). If you haven't been there yet, you are missing out! Homemade ice cream by the firemen - Vanilla, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Banana, Peach, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup (our latest creation). Dinner made by the ladies of the company will include Homemade Piggies by Jill and Holly, Soup by Brianna, Tammy's wimpies, hot dogs, Turkey Melts, homemade side dishes and Tammy will be making the desserts! Join us one more time for this year -- we can't wait to see you!

It's that time again...Fairmount Twp Vol Fire & Ambulance August Ice Cream Social. 4-6:30 Saturday, August 9th, located at the fire hall, 671 State Rt 118. Join us for homemade ice cream made by the firemen. This month we are featuring Vanilla, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Teaberry and by popular demand Peach. The ladies of the company will be preparing the meal. Come and enjoy a Baked Ham dinner, along with Ham BBQ, Wimpies, and because you asked...hot dogs! There will be homemade chili and cornbread, multiple homemade side dishes and homemade desserts by Jill. Please pass the word and join us or take out. (All while supplies last)

July 12th, 4 till 6:30, Fairmount Twp Vol Fire and Ambulance monthly Ice Cream Social. Our homemade ice cream flavors for this month are Vanilla, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Peach, and Maple Walnut. Bring the family and enjoy our homemade Meatloaf dinner served with 2 sides of your choice, Sausage with peppers & onions served as a dinner or on a bun, Ham BBQ, Grilled Ham and Cheese sandwiches and lots of homemade side dishes to choose from. Homemade desserts made by the ladies of the company! Everything is available for eat in or take out, while supplies last - so, come early and come hungry!

Meet us at the Fire Hall (671 State Rt 118, Sweet Valley) on Saturday, June 14th for our Ice Cream Social. Check out our menu...new choices and some older favorites. Holly will be making the desserts and your volunteer fire fighters will be making the ice cream. This month...STRAWBERRY!! It's always a favorite! All items are available for take-out or eat in. Hours are 4-6:30pm, while supplies last.

Just back from Sweet Valley’s Memorial Day Parade. Fairmount had a good day! Best appearing ambulance and best appearing brush truck!! What a great turn out of departments and a beautiful day for a parade.

Just a reminder that Ricketts Glen State Park can be beautiful, the falls are something to see. However, know your limits and be careful of your footing and foot wear when entering the park. Your first responders have been in the park twice in two days. It is slippery and wet inside the park and it can cause injuries if you are not careful. Please come and enjoy the park, but do it with caution. We don't want to see you ride home in one of these!

Monday, May 12th starting at 7 pm, stop at the fire station and pick up quarts of homemade ice cream. We have limited amounts of vanilla, chocolate, peanut butter and cookies & cream - just $6! Cash and carry - Just walk in the front doors - Tammy will be happy to help you!

Saturday, May 10th, 4-6:30 at the Fairmount Twp Fire Company, (671 State Rt 118, Sweet Valley), our "Elevated Ice Cream Social".
We listened to all your comments and are bringing you the best homemade ice cream and food around! Join us for several flavors of homemade ice cream from the beloved recipes of the Bethel Hill Bible Church along with our new menu. This month we are serving a Lasagna Dinner with salad and garlic bread, Chicken Salad, Wimpies, Zuppa Toscana Soup, homemade side dishes, as well as several homemade desserts. All food and ice cream are available for eat in or take out, while supplies last.

Another early morning fire on a cold and windy day. Your volunteer firefighters were mutual aid for Sweet Valley Fire along with Lake Silkworth Fire & Back Mountain Regional Fire and EMS for 2 sheds that caught fire along with damage to a tractor in Ross Twp.
