Meet Martini ❤️
Martini is a special needs 7 month old Persian gal. She has a heart murmur, no meds required at this point. The Dr.'s said she may outgrow it..but whoever is taking her should understand her possible future needs.

She would do best as rhe only cat...she plays hard and non stop...per her several foster home...so now she is looking for a place of her own to call home, where she is the only pet. She has been cleared by baystate for spay on June 26th.

If interested in this gal 508-679-6446

Ilse is looking for a home of her very own. This senior gal was left behind like trash when her owner passed away. Someone thought it was a good idea to just leave her outside during this past winter. Project spay took her in and we now have her and want to find this gal the loving home she deserves.

She is about 10 years young, medium to long hair..we had her shaved, as she was so matted when she was taken in. She is a quiet gal, very neat and clean. She would love a quiet home with someone to show her people really are kind.

If you are that person, who longs to help the senior cats...please call us and ask about our friend Ilse 🧡 508-679-6446 or email [email protected].

Still waiting for someone to love him ❤️

Moose wants to remind everyone that he is still here waiting for his new family.

Hes not asking for much..Just someone to love him, snuggle w him and spend time with him. He says absolutely no cats and he really wants to be your one and only...at least for now. Kids over 12 would be best..he is sometimes jumpy when he gets the zooming. He loves walks and does well on leash.

Please share so this boy who was sadly discarded as trash can find the home he finally deserves ❤️

This handsome fella is looking for a place to call home ❤️
Moose was abandoned in a local park here in town and we cant figure out why. He loves people and just wants to hang out. He walks nice on leash is doing great w potty training too. We think Moose is about 3-4 yrs old. This guy needs a home w no cats, older kids, and for right now...maybe no dogs. Once outside of the stress of the shelter he may be able to be introduced to other dogs his size or bigger. Moose is ready to go..just needs one more round of vaccines and then he could be all yours...just be prepared to make room in the couch...we think hes going to be a snuggle when he gets in a home setting. We try to not post anything negative on our page. This is not meant to be negative, but an educational moment.

Dumping your pet in any circumstance should NEVER be an option! We may not always be able to take in your pet, but we will go above and beyond to help you find placement. It may not be easy, you may have to travel, you may have to send numerous emails and make lots of phone calls, wait for an appointment for intake...

but when you just dump your pet for someone else to find and take care of...while yes, your pet is safe once with a shelter..he or she is stressed, barking, crying, nervous, crouching in a corner..it is not pretty and your pet deserves so much better than that from you.

It has been a hard few days here watching the pitbull "Moose" (according to his collar), whot was found as a stray at Milford Park, bark endlessly, cry in his kennel, have an upset tummy due to stress. It breaks our heart. It is so much more helpful when we have information about your pet, not just a name..but his or her likes and dislikes, are they fearful, anxious, what can we do to help them...it truly gets exhausting some days.

Our hearts also go out to our wildlife rehab friends, who one recently had the saddest and most horrific case regarding bunnies being doused w gasoline and almost lit on fire alive..all because someone thought they were mice. Regardless of what they are..NO animal deserves such sick and cruel treatment. My hope is the person responsible for such a horrible deed, has been reported and will be charged.

For the first time in a long time, i woke up and just felt like crying...if it were not for the amazing volunteers and staff here, our wonderful partner rescues and generous veterinarian hospitals....that reinforce every single day that there are still wonderful, giving and loving people in the world...they make it all worthwhile.

Lets all just try to do better
