APARTMENTS AVAILABLE FOR RENT
The Nolde Community Center in Sutton, Nebraska provides affordable housing for income qualified persons and currently has one-bedroom apartments for rent. To qualify, at least one household member must be either age 62 years or older, or younger than 62 but disabled or handicapped. For most tenants rent is approximately 30% of your adjusted income. Applicants who meet income requirements may qualify to receive rental assistance. Kitchen appliances are furnished, as well as utilities, lawn care and snow removal. Residents have access to discounted rates for DISH TV and fiber internet.
