Its now official...... #5 Altavista Combined Colonels (9-3) will travel to face #1 Sussex Central Tigers (11-0) for week 3 of the 1A Regional playoffs.

The game will be FRIDAY November 25th, 2016 in Sussex at 7pm.

The winner of this game will move on to the 1A State Championship Semifinals.

Mrs. Tracy Mason Wells, age 41, entered into eternal rest on December 23, 2013 at the Medical College of Virginia (MCV) after a courageous battle with cancer. Tracey graduated in 1989.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church in Jarratt, Virginia. Interment will follow in the family cemetery.
Please keep the Mason and Wells family in your prayers.

ATTENTION.......The Greensville vs. Sussex Varsity game has been change from Friday Nov 1st to TOMORROW Thursday Oct 31st on Halloween at 7pm. The Game will still be held at Sussex. Take due notice and spread the word....

Posted at request of SCHS Alum Rhonda Mason McFadden: Hello SCHS Alumni & Friends, especially our Track & Field alumni! Can you believe the last time a home track meet was held at SCHS was in 2005? Well, a new track is now being constructed so we can have home track meets again in Sussex! However, funds are needed to purchase equipment like a high jump pit, pole vault pit and hurdles. Please help out by sending your tax deductible donation to: Stan Latham, Athletic Director, SCHS, PO Box 1307, Sussex, VA 23884.
